B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing from a University or Institution recognized by the Council of Nursing of India, or a regular course in B.Sc Nursing from a Nursing University recognized by the Council of India or a Post Basic from a University or Institution recognized by the Indian Council of Nursing B.Sc Nursing or Diploma of General Nursing and Midwifery / Psychiatry from University recognized by Indian Nursing Council, B.Sc (Hons) or B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from Uttarakhand / Indian Nursing and Medical Council OR Registration certificate in the form of General Nursing and Midwifery / Psychiatry, Minimum 01 year of work in a 30 bedded private hospital registered under a State Hospital or Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation Act, 2040) (Act No. 23 of 2040) Experience should be after obtaining the above qualification, working knowledge of Hindi

How to Fill Form

(01) Visit the website of the candidate’s council www.ubter.in or www.ubtersn.in. (02) Click here to apply now for online application. (03) Fill the online application form appearing on the website as per the advertisement conditions correctly and follow the instructions shown on the website. (04) After filling the online application form in full, check the entries carefully. In case of doubt in the filled entries or in case of any error, fill all the entries of the application form correctly. At the end of the application form, click on registration now in case of filled-in entries. (05) After filling the entries as per the instructions of the website, the candidate will see his application form with all the details, in which the candidate should have his scanned photograph (not less than 20 KB and not more than 50 KB) and signature JPG Format less than 10KB. Not to be more than 20KB). (06) For the change in the details displayed in the application form, the candidate should click on Submit and in case the entries are correct, click on I Agree. (07) The list of certificates to be uploaded along with the application form should not be less than 100KB and not more than 200KB) is marked on the last page of the advertisement. (08) After filling the application form, the candidate should download the application form and keep a copy of it safely with him so that it can be used for reference in future. (9) Candidates can submit the application / examination fee through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card. (10) Candidates can amend the application form till the fee is deposited. There will be no amendment of any kind on submission of fees. (11) The fee deposited in any way other than the above will not be acceptable and if not depositing the examination fee by the due date, the online application will be rejected.
